I left an abusive marriage nearly 20 years ago. No one else knew or had any idea what it had been like. I heard the podcast with Richard and Izzy Hammond with Ben Akers (Talk Club founder) and was compelled to find out more. The statistics surrounding male suicide shocked me. Why isn’t there more being done to help men? If only I’d have had the chance to sit with other men in a non judgemental space and talk about how I feel
