May is Talk Club Mental Fitness Month, a month of raising numbers for men across the UK through events that start real conversations and vital fundraising for men everywhere to become mentally fit.
2023 sees events like a Gig by RIOT NOISE in Bristol. A charity walk Miles for Miles Christie in London. Life by Numbers – an art exhibition in Bristol supported by artists Tozer, Stewy, DFTE and more. You can be there and play your part, check out all the events in MFM below.
With May being one of the worst months for male suicides, every penny raised will help us help communities, from setting up more clubs to putting men through Talk Club therapy.
