My name’s Dave, and I’ve been running Totterdown Talk Club since January 2023. I first heard about Talk Club from a friend, and knowing the power of talking in maintaining good mental health, wanted to help men locally by running a group using ‘How are you? Out of 10?’ It’s a real privilege to hold this weekly space for men to come along and share.
