Hi, My name is Cam and I am the Captain of Talk Club Leith.
I know how hard it can be for men to talk about their feelings. Stereotypes around masculinity often frame vulnerability as weakness, but bottled-up emotions rarely surface in healthy ways. That’s why I want to be involved with Talk Club: to help create a safe, supportive space where men can speak openly, build healthier coping strategies, and work towards goals that strengthen mental fitness and build self-esteem.
