Hello my name is Jamie and I’m Captain of Gendros Swansea Talk Club. I’ve been diagnosed with OCD for as long as I can remember, and at points in my life it’s been debilitating and without my wife and mum I’m not sure where I’d be. Support systems are necessary for mental fitness and I want to be a part of providing men in Swansea with a support system through TalkClub if they don’t already have one.
