Hi, my name is John and I am the Captain of Talk & Run Falmouth

During a period of depression during COVID, I found support as a member of the Clifton Downs Talk & Run group, inspiringly captained by Tom in North Bristol. Talk Club gave me a sense of belonging and brotherhood with the men I ran with every Monday through stormy winters and bright summers. We supported each other through it all. Now living in Falmouth, Cornwall, I want to share the valuable support I learned from Talk Club, and the strong, kind and caring men of Bristol with my new community.
