Join us at the Aylesbury Fitness and Wellbeing Gym (Nuffield Health) for an 18+ male talking and listening group that helps you measure, build and maintain your mental fitness.

We start by asking, “How are you? Out of 10?”
Four rounds of sharing, including a checkout at the end, allow you to measure your mental fitness before and after.
