May is mental fitness month
May is Talk Club Mental Fitness Month, a month of raising numbers for men across the UK through events that start real conversations and vital fundraising for men everywhere to become mentally fit.
With May being one of the worst months for male suicides, every penny raised will help us help communities, from setting up more clubs to putting men through Talk Club therapy.
May 2024 sees the first year of The Clear Head Cup – the very definition of a fun run, BBF’s run to a Clear Head. For a more serious kind of run, there’s the Bristol Half Marathon or you can simply Cruise to the Prom, where TC is the official charity partner and where VW meets ‘How are you?’. There’s more, much more. See our Calendar of events below as they’re confirmed.
