TALK & LISTEN
Colchester

Hi,
My name is Jay and I Captain the Colchester Talk Club,
After losing my father to suicide in 2020, I became increasingly aware of the importance of mental health support and meaningful conversations. Becoming a Talk Club Captain allows me to turn that loss into something positive by helping create a supportive community where men can talk openly, reduce isolation and look after their mental wellbeing together.
