I’m Jon, Captain of Congresbury Talk Club.
After moving to Congresbury in 2024 I thought joining Talk Club would be a good way to meet people the village and give back following few challenges I’ve had myself with mental health in the past. I’ve found that talking about what’s going on in our lives, focussing on the present and planning for the near future are all tactics that help me personally. I hope to listen and share with those who are of a similar mindset. Hope to see you soon!
