Bristol Talk & Breathe

Andy                        Gus

Hi, I’m Andy.  I’ve been a regular at Talk Club for many years now and a Captain of the Bristol Rovers FC Talk Club for a year.  In early 2025 I found Breathwork and Extreme Cold Exposure on a Wellness Retreat.  Since then I have been ice bathing daily as well as attending many guided breathwork sessions, mainly with Gus.  Over the last year I have seen my average scores rise dramatically into the 8s & 9s.  But not only that, when I do score low due to life’s unexpected challenges, due to the increase in my resilience I bounce back so much quicker than I ever have done in the past.  Breathwork and Cold Exposure have changed my life.  Talk Club has saved my life.  I can’t wait to start the journey with Gus to bring these 2 together and to share them with others.  Please join us on this journey.

Myself  and Gus Hoyt, founder of “Breath & Ice” and “BECOME: Breathwork Teacher Training,” will guide the group in a deep transformative and restorative breathwork session.  Please arrive early and bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow or bolster.

The session costs £5 + bf and tickets must be purchased in advance from Skiddle.
