Hello, my name is Steve and I’m the Captain of Aylesbury Talk & Box. After somebody very close to me suffered serious mental health issues last year, I ran the London Landmarks Half Marathon to raise funds for Talk Club. Following this, I decided to take it a step further, train as a Captain and start my own club in Aylesbury. I haven’t looked back since!
