Ji, my name is Noah and I am the Captain of Talk Club Battersea.
Too many of my friends have struggled in silence, and at times I have too. But the breakthrough in my mental health journey came at the pub, being honest with my mates about how I was doing out of 10. Seeing first hand the huge potential for pubs to reach people with that may otherwise be missed in the mental health & suicide crisis, I founded Live Fast Brewery around this mission, and we are honoured to work with Talk Club to promote mental fitness and get more men in London talking.
