TALK & LISTEN

Brighton

Hi, my name is Jack, and as the Brighton Talk Club, I’m passionate about creating spaces where men can open up, be listened to, and feel supported without judgement. I believe talking honestly about how we feel is one of the strongest things we can do. Too often, men are told to bottle things up — but reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness. I’m here to help build a supportive community where every man feels safe to share what’s going on for them. Together, we can break the stigma around male mental health and show that it’s okay to not be okay.
