TALK & LISTEN

Brislington (Sandy Park)

Hi, my name is James and I am the Captain of Talk Club Brislington.

I have always been passionate about promoting positive mental health. Following the loss of a close work friend, I was motivated to find ways to support others with their mental wellbeing. As a Mental Health First Aider, I regularly provide a listening ear to colleagues who may be struggling. As a member of St Cuthbert’s Church, I suggested creating a men’s mental health group to support our local community by providing a safe and welcoming space for men to connect and talk
