Chipping Sodbury & Yate

My name is Jamie, and I am the co-captain for Talk Club Chipping Sodbury.
When I first took part in Talk Club I was struggling with depression and anxiety. I loved the simplicity of how the group worked, and the down-to-earth kindness of the Talk Club captains. There was no-advice, or judgement, or probing question. It takes courage to share our struggles and fears, and it can feel heavy hearing other people’s too. But I always leave Talk Club sessions feeling respected, stronger and hopeful.
