Most of my mental health issues have come from an undiagnosed health problem that I have had for all of my adult life.  This made life very confusing for me and, over the years, I sought various forms of therapy.  None of which helped my underlying condition but I learned an awful lot about my inner world and the inner worlds of others.   Thankfully my health condition is now under control and I’m helping to run the Talk Club at Emersons Green.  Please come along, we get a good mix of attendees, free tea/coffee/biscuits and a safe supportive atmosphere.  See you on Monday at 7:30.
