Hi, My name is James and I am the Captain of the Talk Club Fishponds
After a particularly stressful start to 2025, and as someone who’s always struggled with anxiety and low confidence, Talk Club has given me a safe space to process my feelings, while meditation has helped me find calm in an otherwise chaotic world.
Join me for these sessions where we’ll begin and end with a short meditation — perfect if you’re new to it — to help you slow down, connect, and find a little peace together.
