Hi, my name is Owain and I am the Captain of Talk Club Bishopston.

I grew up in South Wales (hence the Welsh spelling of my name) and have lived and worked in Bristol since the late 2000s, where I now live with my wife and daughter. I’ve believed in the power of talking and listening for most of my adult life, and I’m volunteering with Talk Club to look after my own mental fitness while helping other men look after theirs.
