Hi, my name is Luke and I am a Captain at the Talk Club in Horsley.

As a pub landlord, people sharing their worries with me after a few pints was nothing new, but finding Talk Club and offering men a way to be able to open up and share their load whilst sober is a truly wonderful thing. Having had my own share of mental health struggles over the years, Talk Club offers me, as much as anyone else attending, a safe and confidential space to take care of my mental fitness on a regular basis.
