TALK & LISTEN

Hove

Hi, I’m David, and I am the Captain for Talk Club Hove.

After going through my own mental health struggles and feeling isolated in a high-pressure job,  I trained to be a Talk Club Captain and have never looked back.

Our sessions are a safe, supportive space for men to talk, listen, and feel heard — without judgement, pressure, or expectation.

It’s not therapy, but it is incredibly therapeutic. When you hear other men open up about what they’re going through, it becomes clear: “It’s not just me.”

Please check out our video on the main page on how the sessions work.
