Hello, my name is Joe, I’m the Captain of Ispwich Town FC Talk Club.

I set up Ipswich Talk Club because men deserve a space to talk openly and be heard. After years in advertising and now working across education and coaching, I’ve learned that connection and honesty are what really matter. I’ve personally found the Talk Club framework to be a simple and yet unbelievably effective tool to support the mental fitness of everyday men (not least my own!). I’m passionate about helping men discover they’re not alone.
