I have been immersed in inner work since 2002, a path that has included Buddhism as well as a wider exploration of shamanic practices. In recent years, this work has deepened into a more intentional blend of working with nature, sound and spacious silence. His focus is on helping people reconnect with their own inner awareness, tune into the natural world, and listen more fully to themselves and those around them.
