Hi, my name is Paul and I am the Captain of the North Coventry Talk Club

I have struggled most of my life with anxiety/depression which resulted in me leaving my job last summer. Since then I have looked for things that mean something to me. The result being pursuing men’s mental wellbeing & bereavement support . I set up my own Community Interest Company providing support and training around grief and loss and then did the Captains Training for TC and it felt the right road to go down. We all have a story to tell and through TC it’s a safe space to do that
