TALK & LISTEN

Porth

Hi,

My name is Rhys and I am the Captain of Talk Club Porth.

My journey to becoming a TC Captain has been driven by a passion for supporting others and promoting positive mental health. As a previous Time To Talk Wales Champion and currently a Mental Health Advocate in my workplace, a Psychology student and someone committed to community wellbeing, I wanted to take on a role where I could inspire conversations, encourage inclusion, make a difference and help create a supportive environment where everyone feels valued and heard.
