Hi, My name is Dave and I am the Captain of Talk Club Shaftesbury.

I was discussing ways to help out Brave & Determined and Adam, one of the founders, asked me if I would consider starting up a Talk Club in Shaftesbury. As someone who has gone through a near burn out experience and now recovered, I have been using my story to help others, and leading a Talk Club seemed like a natural extension to that into helping more guys talk about their issues.
