TALK & LISTEN

St Albans

Hello, my name is Rich and I am the St Albans Talk Club Captain.

I learned about Talk Club while drinking a beer – the brilliant Clear Head from Bristol Beer Factory. I was going through some tricky times, and I loved the straightforward approach of Talk Club. The focus on mental fitness has helped me to open up and think differently. I’ve also been fortunate to experience online group therapy with Talk Club. I wanted to spread the mental fitness movement by bringing Talk Club to St Albans, where I’ve lived for 16 years. I’m Mental Health First Aid trained.
