Talk & Art Bristol
Hi, My name is Ali and I am the Captain of Talk & Art Bristol
I am a teacher and an artist who feels strongly about opening up about mental health and finding ways to maximise mental fitness. Arts and crafts is great way to be creative, mindful and present.
