Talk & Lift (Ashton)

Hi, May name is Sam and I am the Captain of Talk & Lift Ashton

I have suffered with mental health since a child due to father not being a parent. I found the gym which helped. Been on and off different medication but found training the best solution. I still take a low dose of citalopram but without training I lose ability to function properly. So I want to share my way of coping with others.
