Hi, my name is Jack (above) and myself and Ben Co- Captain of the Talk and Run at Burnham on Sea.

I have been a captain for over 5 years and cut my teeth co-captaining a Talk & Listen at my beloved Bristol Rovers Football Club. I now live in Somerset and have discovered a passion for running so that’s when this Talk & Exercise group started – I have loved the mix of endorphins and load lightening a Talk & Run brings.
