Hi, my name is Tim and I am the Captain of Talk & Thai Chi in Keynsham

I found Tai Chi as a result of wanting something more sustainable than the martial arts training I was doing at the time. It proved to be the best of both worlds keeping the martial roots whilst being a fun and fascinating practice that provides an amazing operating system with which to approach life. Now I am teaching regularly it seemed like a natural evolution to reach out and work with Talk Club to share the benefits with other men and give them a regular space to prioritise their wellness.
